Game Elements in Storyline 360

Designing a Template

Some developers begin with an existing template that was approved and ready to use. But, what if you don’t have a template to work with and need to start from scratch? In this first session, we’ll work together to design and develop a custom template in Storyline 360.

Creating Dynamic Slides

Now that you have a template or framework for your course, you’re ready to add your content to the slides! In this session, you’ll learn how to take that content and make it more engaging and dynamic for learners using animation and motion.

Making it Interactive

You’ve learned how to design a template plus enhance your slides by adding animation, audio, and motion. Let’s now take our course from a passive experience to an active one by adding interactivity. In this session, we walk you through building interactive elements from scratch using states, then triggering new layers of content.

Preparing for Delivery

Now that your course is fully developed, it’s time to make sure that it’s ready for a successful launch! In this session, we wrap up the development process with an overview of the pre-implementation phase, where you’ll learn about testing e-learning courses to ensure quality, functionality, and accessibility (if required).
