Build a Storyline 360
Course from Scratch
in 4 Easy Steps

Learn how in our FREE 2023 webinar series!

In this 5-part series, you’ll learn everything you need to know about creating an Articulate 360 course from scratch.
We’ll start by designing a template in Storyline 360, adding new elements to the course with each additional session. You’ll learn how to add motion and interactivity, then prepare the course for delivery. We’ll round it all out with a final “AMA: Ask Me Anything” session with Tom Kuhlmann from Articulate.

Designing a Template
Some Storyline 360 developers begin with an existing template that was approved with all the right color schemes and backgrounds already in place and ready to use. But, what if you don’t have a template to work with and need to start from scratch? In this first session, we’ll work together to design and develop a custom template in Storyline 360. We’ll determine slide size, create slide masters and layouts, design a color theme, and set project defaults. By the end of the session, you’ll have a beautiful template ready to use for future courses.

Creating Dynamic Slides
Now that you have a template or framework for your course, you’re ready to add your content to the slides! In this session, you’ll learn how to take that content and make it more engaging and dynamic for learners using animation and motion. You’ll discover how to use some of the lesser-known features and settings to create custom animations that aren’t readily available in Storyline 360. You’ll leave knowing a wide range of techniques that can avoid distraction and enhance your work.
