Are there breaks during the Virtual Open Enrollment training?

Can I use the Storyline 360 or Storyline 3 trial software?
Yes, absolutely! The trial version is fully functional and a great option for those who don’t currently own Storyline 3 or the Articulate 360 suite. Please note that the trial is only active for 30 days, so plan your download timing appropriately. Free trials can be found on Articulate’s website.
Do I need to attend the Basic training as a prerequisite for the Advanced and/or Rise 360+ trainings?
or Virtual syllabi: Articulate Storyline 360 Basic Online Training Syllabus and Articulate Storyline 360 Advanced Online Training Syllabus.

How do I log in to the Virtual Open Enrollment training?
You’ll receive an email from Zoom Webinar with the link to log in, which has been specifically created for you. If you don’t receive your custom “Join” email within one day of the session, please check your junk and/or spam folders to see if it found its way into one of those folders! You may also use the following link for detailed log in information: I can’t join my session.
How long will I have access to the Virtual Open Enrollment reference guide?
As long as you keep the link, you’ll have access to reference guide forever!
I cannot download the workshop files. What do I do?
We hear this from time to time. In most cases, it’s a browser issue. Try to open the link in a different browser, as it could be blocked by your Internet settings. If you are still unable to access the files before class, no worries! Your instructor will also bring the files to class on USB drives for those who were not able to download them prior to class.
I cannot unmute my microphone in the Virtual Open Enrollment training. Is it broken?
Nope, your computer isn’t broken! We intentionally remove your ability to turn on microphones in the virtual sessions for timing purposes. We have a lot of material to cover, so we mute your microphone to maximize our learning time together. If you have any questions during your session, please type them into the Q&A Panel. These questions go to both the instructor and a moderator to answer during the session. Alternatively, you can also reach out via email, [email protected], after the session has completed and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If I need to miss a Virtual Open Enrollment session, can I watch a recording?
Yes, absolutely! You’ll have access to the full session recording for eight weeks after the session completes. And, you can watch it as many times as you’d like in that time period, even if you don’t miss a session! Some of our participants love this flexibility in order to go back and refresh their memory of steps when completing exercises.
Is my built-in speaker and microphone sufficient for classroom training?
Yes, it is!
Is the Virtual Open Enrollment homework required in order to participate?
No, the homework is not required. However, we encourage you to use the software right away with the skills you learned in order to apply that knowledge in a timely manner. This will definitely help with retention! And, remember the old adage: “if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.”
Is this a certification course?
While we are Articulate’s Certified Training Partner, this course does not “certify” you as a user of their tools. In other words, we don’t implement any metrics to measure your competency with the tool upon completion of the training, however, we do offer a Certificate of Completion.

If you lose Internet during the call or must leave the training, you’ll have access to the session recording!
