This 2-session hands-on virtual training provides everything you need to master the use of AI in Articulate 360. Specifically, participants will leverage Articulate 360’s AI Assistant in Storyline 360 and Rise 360 to edit content, generate custom images, add audio, create quiz questions, and more.

Prerequisites

These training sessions are designed for experienced users of Articulate 360, and it is recommended that participants have previously completed our Storyline 360 Basic and Rise 360+ training or have an equivalent level of skill.

Purchasers should have an active Articulate 360 AI subscription. A sample storyboard and related materials will be provided to use during this workshop-style session.

THIS SESSION IS NOT DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS. Rather, our focus will be on how to enhance your existing skills by leveraging the Articulate AI Assistant for course development.

Session Details

Training sessions are hosted on Zoom Webinar. Please visit zoom.us/test to test your system compatibility prior to the session.

Microphones are muted throughout the sessions, but questions can be asked via the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar, which is moderated by experts on the Yukon Learning training team. All sessions are hands-on and include completing exercises during the workshop, as well as additional tasks assigned for further reinforcement following the training. Participants will also have access to recordings of all sessions and support from trainers via email.

Duration

4 hours of live instruction, divided into 2 sessions, 2 hours each session. Participants can follow along in class or complete the exercises on their own. Online solution sets are provided.

Course Outline

Session 1

Using AI Assistant for Storyline 360

Edit and Customize Course Content

  • Edit text to fix errors and improve writing
  • Change the tone and focus of writing
  • Generate a summary of key takeaways and helpful resources

Generate AI Audio

  • Insert narration using AI text-to-speech audio
  • Use multiple AI-generated voices to simulate a conversation in a scenario
  • Create realistic sound effects

Create Custom Imagery

  • Write descriptive prompts to generate AI images specific to your content

Build Assessments

  • Create quiz or knowledge check questions based on course content

Wrap-up

  • Post-Session Expectations, Optional Exercises, Overview of Next Session

 

Session 2

Using AI Assistant for Rise 360

Create a Course from Scratch

  • Upload content to create a course outline

Build a Lesson

  • Add AI Blocks using prompts and uploaded content
  • Create interactive blocks using Magic Text Import
  • Convert content from one type of block to another
  • Generate a course summary with key takeaways

Create Custom Imagery

  • Write descriptive prompts to generate AI images specific to your content

Build Final Exam and Knowledge Check Questions

  • Use prompts and suggested topics to create quiz questions

Wrap-up

  • Post-Session Expectations, Optional Exercises, and Resources

 

Continuing Education Credits

This program has been pre-approved by Training Industry for 4 continuing education recertification hours toward the Certified Professional in Training Management credential.

Yukon Learning has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 4 points.
