This 4-session virtual training provides everything you need to begin building highly-interactive e-learning modules with Storyline 360 that can be published and delivered to meet a variety of needs and play on a variety of devices.

In this 2-session virtual training, you’ll not only build complete courses using Rise 360, but also supplement them with additional content using the other Articulate® 360 tools: Content Library 360, Peek 360, and Replay 360. This 5-session virtual training is not tool-specific, but provides a hands-on approach to raising the quality of the content, graphic design, and effectiveness of your e-learning courses. From writing learning objectives and scenarios to bringing your content to life with a visual voice, we’ll cover it all.

Duration

Each live virtual session is scheduled for 2 hours:

Storyline 360 Basic Training consists of (4) 2-hour virtual sessions.
Storyline 360 Advanced Training consists of (2) 2-hour virtual sessions.
Rise 360+ Training consists of (2) 2-hour virtual sessions.
Essentials of E-Learning Design Training consists of (5) 2-hour virtual sessions.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis according to our mutual availability.
All sessions are 2 hours in length, with only (1) 2-hour session scheduled per day.
Storyline 360 virtual sessions are not scheduled on consecutive days to allow participants ample time to complete the provided application exercises and practice the skills taught in training.

Prerequisites

Training sessions are designed for a variety of skill levels.

For Storyline 360 Training or Rise 360+ Training, participants should have basic computer skills and familiarity with some of the more common user interfaces (such as ribbon technology and browser windows).

Storyline 360 or Rise 360+ Training:

Training sessions are hosted on Zoom Webinar. Please visit zoom.us/test to test your system compatibility before the first session.

Instructors deliver all virtual training using a Show and Tell method by screen sharing their monitors. Microphones will be muted throughout the sessions, but questions can be asked via the Q&A panel in Zoom Webinar, which is moderated by experts on the Yukon Learning training team. All training sessions will end with a summary of homework assignment tasks for participants to apply the knowledge they learned following the session, as well as access to the session recordings.

Essentials of E-Learning Design Training:

Training sessions are hosted via Zoom Meeting. Please visit zoom.us/test to test your system compatibility before the first session.

Throughout the training, we’ll use breakout rooms to work collaboratively, and have discussions as a group using audio and video. Sessions are action-packed with hands-on application of concepts discussed throughout. Practice exercises and links to view the session recordings are provided at the end of each session, allowing you to apply concepts using your own content.

Storyline 360 Training:

Participants will need a PC (or Mac with Windows) with an active Articulate 360 subscription (or free trial) installed prior to their first virtual session.

Rise 360+ Training:

Participants will need a PC (or Mac) with an active Articulate 360 subscription (or free trial) prior to their first virtual session and the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer 11 is not supported for authoring in Rise 360.

Essentials of E-Learning Design Training:

Participants will need a computer with webcam and microphone capabilities. Articulate software is not required for this training.

Registration Process

After completing your purchase and scheduling your sessions, your instructor will reach out to request your complete roster of training participants, including each person’s name and email address.

Storyline 360 or Rise 360+ Training:

Instructor will send all participants the link they’ll need to register for your training sessions in Zoom Webinar. Once registered, each participant will receive a confirmation email from Zoom Webinar, which provides an individual link* to join the live virtual training sessions at the scheduled dates and times.

*NOTE: This link cannot be shared with others; it is unique to each participant.

Essentials of E-Learning Design Training:

Instructor will provide Zoom Meeting details and course materials to your participants prior to the first session.

Course Materials

Links to view the full 2-hour session recordings will be shared following each live session, and participants will have access to view the recordings for 8 weeks following the completion of the course.

Storyline 360 or Rise 360+ Training:

Participants will receive perpetual access to the course virtual reference guide containing the course workshop files, session notes, summary videos, and practice exercises.

Essentials of E-Learning Design Training:

Participants will receive perpetual access to the course virtual reference guide containing all content covered in the course, downloadable workbooks for each live session, downloadable exercise mind maps, sample content, and links to valuable resources to learn more.

Certificate of Completion

Certificates of Completion can be provided upon request via email following the completion of the course.
