Our 1-on-1 virtual consultation sessions are designed for you to ask our instructors questions and seek assistance troubleshooting issues with a project. We allow a maximum of 2 participants per session.

Your time with our instructors is completely customizable to your needs. Please note that we do NOT provide agendas or course materials for these sessions. If you are looking for hands-on, comprehensive training, our Open Enrollment Training will be your best option.


Each session is 1 hour in length, though you may schedule time with our instructors in ½ hour increments up to a maximum of 2 hours, if scheduling permits.


Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email which details the information we’ll need from you to schedule your first session, including the topics you’d like to cover and when you are available to meet. We can usually schedule your first session within a week or two of your purchase, depending on instructor availability.

We’ll pair you with an instructor based on your initial needs, and your remaining time may then be scheduled directly with your instructor according to your mutual availability.

Session Details

Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Prior to the first session, please test your system compatibility here: Once the instructor is assigned to a booked session, the instructor will email the Zoom meeting invitation.

System Requirements

Participants will need a PC (or Mac with Windows) with an active Articulate 360 subscription (or free trial) or Storyline 3 installed prior to their first virtual session.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Requests to cancel or reschedule a session must be received by your instructor prior to your agreed upon start time or that time will be deducted from your balance.
